Certified invoice digitisation

The following conditions govern the use of JdP Travel's certified invoice digitisation system, in accordance with Spanish Order EHA/962/2007 and the Resolution of 24 October 2007 of the Spanish Tax Agency.

Statement of responsibility by the capturing user

The user who captures invoices, tickets or receipts in the certified digitisation system declares, under their sole responsibility, that:

• the captured image faithfully corresponds to the original paper document in their possession;
• the capture was made with a device whose camera allows the entire document to be read legibly and in full; and
• the automatically extracted data, as reviewed by the user, correctly reflects the content of the original document.

Scope of JdP Travel's responsibility

JdP Travel guarantees the cryptographic integrity of the captured document, by means of a SHA-256 hash and an electronic signature, as well as its retention in accordance with Order EHA/962/2007. JdP Travel is not liable for the truthfulness of the captured content, nor for discrepancies between the image and the original physical document, which are the sole responsibility of the capturing user.

Destruction of the paper original

The user must destroy the original paper document only once the system confirms the “Certified” status for that document.
